Architectural Technologist - Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects and engineers to create technical drawings, conducting site surveys, and assisting with project coordination.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Vilnius
- Ability to work full-time without accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create technical drawings for architectural projects
- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Assist with project coordination, including reviewing designs and specifications, creating cost estimates, and monitoring project progress
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Vilnius
- Utilize architectural design software to create detailed plans and drawings
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
