Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Vilnius is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and technical aspects of projects, working closely with architects and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for projects
- Collaborating with architects to ensure designs meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations
- Using computer software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings and structures
- Researching new materials, techniques, and technologies to improve project outcomes
- Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project process
- Assisting with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
