Computer Research Scientist


We are seeking an experienced Computer Research Scientist to join our team in Kaunas. As a Computer Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing new technologies and methods in the field of computer science.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyze data to develop new technologies and methods in computer science
- Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and present findings to colleagues and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, and developers to implement new technologies and methods
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in computer science and technology through literature reviews, conferences, and networking
- Write research papers, reports, and grant proposals for funding opportunities
- Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on their projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in conducting research in the field of computer science
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, algorithms, data structures, programming languages (e.g. C++, Java), and software development processes
- Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or big data analytics is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting research findings and collaborating with others

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Kaunas but remote work options can be considered for exceptional candidates.
