Customer Service Representative


As a Customer Service Representative at our rental company in Mombasa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duty will be to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns regarding rental services, as well as provide support in booking and managing rentals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
- Provide information about rental services and assist customers in booking rentals based on their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of rental services.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position.
