Warehouse Worker - Eldoret, Kenya

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe handling of goods in our warehouse in Eldoret, Kenya. Your main duties will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

The ideal candidate for this role is physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. You should also have good organizational skills and be able to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders
- Store goods in designated locations according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems
- Pick and pack products for shipment to customers
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products are not damaged or expired
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting (preferred)
- Forklift certification (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
