Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments. This is a great opportunity for Nepali or Kenyan nationals looking for English-speaking jobs, as well as freshers with no prior work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Greeting visitors and clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Managing filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executives
- Assisting with organizing company events and meetings
- Conducting research and compiling reports as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1300 per month
