Radio Technician


A reputable radio station in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all audio and transmission equipment at our station. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for radio and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair audio equipment, including mixers, amplifiers, microphones, and speakers
- Perform routine maintenance on transmitters and ensure proper functioning
- Maintain inventory of equipment and order necessary supplies
- Install new equipment as needed
- Assist with live broadcasts by setting up and operating equipment
- Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure smooth operations of the station
- Keep up to date with new technology in the radio industry

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certification in electronics or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with audio equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with FCC regulations is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$, but may increase based on experience and qualifications.

This position is located in Beer-Sheva, a vibrant city in southern Israel known for its high-tech industry, universities, and cultural diversity.
