Equipment Operator for Construction Company in Atlanta (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are a construction company based in Atlanta, seeking an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient operation to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Safely transport materials and debris around the job site using the equipment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work tasks and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
- Indian nationals are preferred for this role.
- No prior English language proficiency is required.
- Part-time positions are not available.
- Candidates without prior experience will not be considered.
