Sales Manager - Indian Market (Atlanta)
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and grow our presence in the Indian community. This is an English-speaking position that does not include accommodation, but we do offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets within the Indian market
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Monitor market trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
