Dishwasher (African Nationals Preferred) - Hawalli, Kuwait


We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen and ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and stored. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload dishwashing machines with dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using approved methods
- Inspect dishes for cleanliness and proper placement before stacking them in designated areas
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed
- Dispose of garbage from the kitchen area regularly
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Follow all safety procedures while handling kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures for handling food items
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- African nationality preferred

Salary: 1700 USD per month
