Civil Engineer


We are a reputable engineering firm seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining various infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings. Your role will involve conducting surveys and tests, analyzing data, and creating detailed plans and drawings. Additionally, you will oversee construction projects to ensure they meet safety standards and are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in civil engineering and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You must also be able to effectively communicate with team members and clients to convey complex technical information. The ideal candidate will have experience using CAD software and be familiar with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to gather data on potential construction sites
- Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, etc. to plan project design
- Use CAD software to create detailed plans and drawings
- Obtain necessary permits for construction projects
- Estimate project costs and timelines
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Communicate with team members, contractors, and clients regarding project details
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven work experience as a Civil Engineer preferred
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience managing construction projects is a plus

Salary: 1700$ per month
