Hotel Sales Manager


We are hiring a skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Coordinate with various departments within the hotel to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote the hotel
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month
