Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be in charge of maintaining positive relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and actively promote the hotel's services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent service delivery
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and supervise sales team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
