Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from planning to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project plans are feasible
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Communicate progress updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software programs
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport for international travel (Indian nationality preferred)

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas (accommodation provided)
