Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for our company. This role is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be able to work independently without prior experience in contract administration. This is a contract position based in Jeddah, with a salary of $900 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate various contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, and employment contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors, clients, and legal advisors.
- Ensure that all contracts are executed in a timely manner and monitor compliance throughout the contract period.
- Provide support to other departments on contractual matters as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in contract administration is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Biometric passport required.
