Teamlead for Contract Project in Vianden

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and managing a contract project from start to finish. Your main duties will include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, developing project plans and timelines, delegating tasks to team members, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A degree in business or project management is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Nepali language is a plus. This is a full-time contract position with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.
