Junior Architectural Technologist

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work under the guidance of senior professionals to assist with the design and construction of buildings and structures. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed drawings, conducting site visits, and collaborating with engineers and contractors. You will also assist with project coordination and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design process by creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design proposals
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of design
- Assist in preparing project reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials
- Collaborate with team members on multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong technical drawing skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working on construction sites is an asset

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
