Head Chef

We are in search of an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Kaunas. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu development to staff management. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, as well as excellent knowledge of Malayalee cuisine. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that reflect the flavors of Malayalee cuisine
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and teamwork
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that quality standards are met at all times
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions
- Continuously develop new dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
