We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Malindi. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes and shapes into metal materials using specialized tools and equipment. You must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision to ensure accurate results.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press or other specialized equipment to punch holes and shapes into metal materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or other instructions to determine the size, location, and type of holes required
- Select appropriate punch and die set based on specifications
- Set up and adjust machinery for each job as needed
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished product for defects or imperfections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Puncher or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with operating punch press machines
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Malindi, Kenya
