Handyman in Ajman for Egyptian Nationals



We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment
- Inspect properties for any damages or issues that require attention
- Install fixtures and equipment as needed
- Paint, patch, and repair walls, ceilings, and floors
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs
- Communicate with management regarding any major repairs or replacements needed

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national with valid residency in the UAE
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Must be able to live on-site in company-provided accommodation

Salary: 1500$ per month
