We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new menu items, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and vision
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a reputable institution preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage staff effectively
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menu items that appeal to customers' tastes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. Relocation assistance may be provided for international candidates.
