Fitter (Indian) for Contract Position in Utena, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fitter from India to join our team on a contract basis in Utena, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical parts according to blueprints and specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing existing equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine assembly procedures
- Assemble mechanical components such as pipes, valves, fittings, and pumps according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a fitter or similar role is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work on a contract basis

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
