Gardener and Landscaper

Our landscaping company is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Akron. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our clients' outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other green areas. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and caring for flowers, plants, trees, and shrubs
- Mowing lawns and maintaining turf
- Weeding and applying fertilizer to gardens
- Trimming hedges and bushes
- Installing irrigation systems and watering plants as needed
- Operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Maintaining outdoor spaces by removing debris and leaves
- Designing and creating new gardens or landscapes for clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Gardener or Landscaper
- Knowledge of various plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and their care requirements
- Ability to properly use gardening tools and equipment
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for maintaining the visual appeal of outdoor spaces
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Indian gardens.
