Fitness Instructor


We are in search of a knowledgeable and passionate Fitness Instructor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and leading fitness programs and classes for clients of all ages and abilities. You will also provide guidance and support to individuals on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction, as well as a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Design and lead safe and effective fitness programs for individuals or groups
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injury
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Provide personalized attention to clients during workouts to ensure they are using correct form
- Monitor client progress and adjust program as needed
- Demonstrate exercises and modify as necessary for different fitness levels
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, research, and practices
- Build relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, exercise science, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals towards their fitness goals
- Customer service oriented with the ability to build rapport with clients
- CPR/AED certification required; additional certifications (ACE, NASM) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English (ability to speak Nepali is a plus)

Salary: 1400$ per month
