Industrial Architect (Contract Position with Accommodation) - Siauliai, Egypt

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Egypt. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient and safe spaces.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other design software
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and cost estimates for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards and regulations
- Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Continuously research new materials, technologies and methods to improve the design process
