Job Title: Senior Industrial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm based in Siauliai and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Architect to join our team. As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of industrial buildings and complexes. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for industrial building projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create custom designs that meet their requirements
- Work with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress of construction
- Review project proposals, contracts, and other documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Extensive portfolio showcasing previous industrial building projects
