Registered Nurse - Bungoma, Kenya

As a Registered Nurse in Bungoma, Kenya, you will provide compassionate and quality care to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for conducting health assessments, administering medications, and providing patient education. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements. We are not able to provide accommodation for this role. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and record patients' medical history
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care

Requirements:
- Completion of nursing degree or diploma program from an accredited institution
- Active nursing license in Kenya
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergency situations calmly

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
