We are currently seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Collect and analyze data to determine precise measurements and boundaries of land
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey results
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in surveying projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Adhere to all safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in Kenya
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100 USD per month.

Full Time Position:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The working days are Monday through Friday.

Experience Level:
This position does not require prior experience. However, candidates with at least 2 years of experience in land surveying will be given preference.
