Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote and increase revenue for our hotel in Nakuru. Your main goal will be to attract potential guests and secure long-term partnerships with businesses and organizations. You will work closely with the hotel management team to create attractive packages, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with clients. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, conduct sales forecasts, and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field is preferred. Salary: $1700 per month

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in analyzing market trends and conducting sales forecasts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
