Turner - Contract Position in Clairvaux, Egypt


We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Clairvaux, Egypt on a contract basis. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various tools and machinery used in turning metal components to precise dimensions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications
- Set up and operate manual or computer-controlled lathes, mills, grinders, and other machinery
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions of finished products
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the turning process
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and repairs as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working with machinery
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to operate manual or computer-controlled machinery with precision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the turning process
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time while operating machinery
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid work permit for Egypt (or ability to obtain one)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position. Additionally, we provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket expenses.
