Smelter Operator


We are hiring a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the smelting process. Your main duties will include loading raw materials, monitoring furnace operations, and ensuring the quality of the smelted product.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor smelting equipment according to established procedures
- Load raw materials into the furnace and adjust settings as needed
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters during the smelting process
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Keep detailed records of production data and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience operating smelting equipment in a manufacturing setting
- Basic understanding of metallurgy principles and processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in hot conditions for extended periods of time

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Please note that accommodation is not provided. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport. Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided on-site. Nepali candidates with strong English communication skills are preferred.
