We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Utena, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages to our customers while providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking for flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take orders from customers and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the counter, seating areas, and equipment
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by answering questions and making recommendations based on customers' preferences
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have flexible availability including weekends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

This position is located in Utena, Lithuania.
