We are hiring a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and analyzing data on various land properties. You will use advanced equipment and technology to accurately measure and record land features.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use specialized tools such as GPS, total stations, and 3D scanners to collect accurate data
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Monitor construction progress and provide necessary measurements for site development
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated for accurate readings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
