Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Plovdiv. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Understanding of safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
