Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Train and supervise staff members, including scheduling shifts and providing performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor financial reports and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred.
- Must have a valid work visa for Bahrain.
