Restaurant Manager

A well-known restaurant in Isa Town is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing the staff, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Create schedules for staff and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained.
- Train and supervise employees on all restaurant procedures and policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Isa Town, Bahrain

Qualifications:
