Mason Supervisor



We are a construction company based in Albena seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on various construction projects. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension, and accommodation will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of masons, ensuring that they complete tasks safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
- Train new masons and provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure quality workmanship.
- Order materials and equipment needed for masonry projects.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Communicate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination on projects.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all safety regulations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and reports related to project progress.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mason or Mason Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Physical strength and stamina for performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid visa or ability to obtain one for working in Albena.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
