Office Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are searching for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work on a contract basis without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Prior experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work on a contract basis
