Instrument Technician - Lom, Africa


Our company in Lom, Africa is seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments and equipment used in our facility. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various instruments such as meters, gauges, controllers, and sensors.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning.
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve instrument performance.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (French would be a plus).
