Land Surveyor

We are urgently seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed reports on land conditions and boundaries. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month and accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other land characteristics
- Use various tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Prepare detailed reports on survey findings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of surveys
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Travel to various job sites as needed
