Administrator (Part-Time)
We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in Malindi. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person
- Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars for employees
- Maintaining accurate records of office expenses and managing budget
- Ordering office supplies and equipment as needed
- Coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Managing important documents and maintaining a well-organized filing system
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a similar industry preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with basic knowledge of accounting software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
Salary: $1000 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
Location: Malindi
