Office Assistant - Utena, Lithuania
We are seeking a responsible and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, managing schedules and appointments, and ensuring a smooth and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and tracking expenses
- Help prepare documents for meetings or presentations
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
