We are currently hiring for the position of Puncher in Mombasa, Kenya. This job is suitable for men who are proficient in English and have experience in the field of punching. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes or shapes in metal or plastic materials using specialized tools and equipment. This job requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings to determine the required shape and size of the holes
- Setting up and operating various punching machines, such as punch presses or turret punch presses
- Selecting appropriate tools and dies for each job
- Feeding materials into the machine and monitoring the punching process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Inspecting finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintaining proper maintenance of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Puncher in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Physical strength and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1500 per month

This is a full-time position with an option for part-time employment as well. We offer free accommodation, visa sponsorship, and airfare ticket for out-of-country applicants.
