We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Vilnius. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. This includes monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of different types of machines and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
