Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Atlanta is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, equipment, and software. They must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques including GPS, total station, and drone technology
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate reports and drawings
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations for land surveying
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying required
- Strong knowledge of land surveying methods, equipment, and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary: $1300 per month
