Concierge Assistant

We are a luxury hotel in Malindi seeking a Concierge Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication and organization skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position does not require fluency in English and is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with concierge duties such as receiving packages or messages for guests
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Friendly and professional demeanor with ability to communicate effectively with guests from different backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation, meals on duty, medical insurance, and paid time off.
