Seasonal Truck Driver


We are currently hiring a Seasonal Truck Driver for our transportation company in Al Buraymi. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a temporary job, especially those who are Indian nationals and have a 12th grade education. As a Seasonal Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to various locations within the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate truck with care and caution, following all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload goods onto the truck, ensuring proper weight distribution
- Plan routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Inspect truck before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with clients and warehouse staff to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and maintain log book according to company policies
- Adhere to all maintenance schedules for the truck, reporting any issues or concerns immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized truck at all times

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
- At least 1 year of experience as a truck driver preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a drug test and physical examination
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to load/unload goods up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and electronic logging devices preferred but not required
- Must have own visa or work permit in Oman

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this seasonal position.
