Job Title: Construction Manager


As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Manama. Your main duty will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate all phases of construction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Procure materials and equipment needed for projects
- Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Prepare reports for upper management on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health & safety guidelines
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport is a plus

Salary: 1000$ per month without accommodation. Salary may vary based on experience.

Location: Manama (Bahrain)
