Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contract)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and support to our English-speaking clients. This is a contract position, based in Clairvaux, with a salary of 900$ per month.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will also be responsible for managing and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or online support is preferred. Candidates must also be comfortable working independently and have strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various online channels
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English
