Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (St. Petersburg, Russia)

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian restaurant, from menu planning and food preparation to managing kitchen staff and maintaining food safety standards. Your creativity and expertise will be showcased in every dish that comes out of our kitchen.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques
- Ability to create and execute new menu items while maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious dishes that reflect authentic Indian flavors
- Develop menus that cater to both traditional and modern tastes
- Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
